Cheerful staff. Everything clean. 99% quiet. Toiletries never ran out. Floor towels always clean.

I've stayed here more times than I can count over the past 5 years, never once have I had a problem. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. For instance; I have been communicating between SF and LA for medical purposes, often mail arrives here for me for whatever reason, even when I'm not here. When I do come back into town I'm handed the stack, and rest assured it will all be there and it has been secure from the minute the mailman delivered it. The ONLY reason I ever stay elsewhere is they are completely booked.

Location was fantastic. It also felt like staying in a piece of history - a residential hotel built in 1906.
